Dr. Viviane Che, DNP, AGNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a Nurse practitioner board-certified in both Adult/Geriatric and Mental Health in Goodyear, Arizona, and is affiliated with the Veterans Administration in Phoenix, Arizona. She also has experience in home health primary care and pain management. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Frontier University, her AGNP at Northpark University, and her PMHNP at Wilkes University, and has practiced as a Primary Care Provider for over 10 years.
• She has expertise in managing chronic kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension, & high blood pressure. She also performs physical examinations and Possesses Strong skills in communicating and educating patients/family members.
• Conduct History & Physical for patients with abnormal renal labs, request outside medical records, and work up patients for specialty consultants as indicated
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, including EKGs, event monitors, stress tests, and appropriate workups for specialty referrals
• Manage acute and chronic health care needs of adult/geriatric patients
• Strong core knowledge base in nursing with experience managing patients with mental health/chronic pain management.
• As a mental health provider, she manages depression, anxiety, and PTSD among other conditions.
Dr. Viviane Che, DNP, accepts multiple insurance, including Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, AHCCCS, and cash. Please call the office for a complete list of payment options. She also does pap smears and is highly recommended by her patients.
